The Lake County Solid Waste Hauling and Recycling Ordinance requires the annual licensing of all businesses that provide waste and recycling collection services to any individual resident, single-family home, multi-family home, commercial business or institutional facility within Lake County.    

The Lake County License Application form for 2023-2024 has been added below for your convenience.

A $50 application fee must be paid and be submitted with your completed application.
